Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Structivo, we invest significant time, resources, and intellectual capital into every client engagement from day one. Because our services are highly customized consulting and structural architecture, all fees paid for our services are generally non-refundable.

2. Consulting Engagements

When you sign an agreement for a Structivo plan (Foundation, Scale, or Enterprise), you are committing to the full scope of that engagement. We allocate our team's bandwidth specifically for your project. Therefore:

  • Upfront Deposits: Any initial deposits or kickoff fees are strictly non-refundable. This covers the initial diagnostic work and resource allocation.
  • Mid-Engagement Cancellations: If you choose to terminate the engagement before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already performed or milestones already billed. You will only be relieved of future unbilled milestones as outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Exceptions

We hold our work to the highest standard. In the rare event that Structivo fails to deliver the core frameworks or architectures explicitly defined in your SOW, we will work with you to rectify the situation. If a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback, we ask that you contact our team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring our operational architectures deliver value to your business.
